leaves protect against stress significantly. It has been suggested that even
healthy persons should chew twelve leaves of basil twice a day, morning and
evening, for preventing stress
Sage use for stress
From the ancient time sage use for preparing various drinks, its considered as a important medicine for stress and related problems.
Take a pan with 300 ml of water and add dried sage and boil it until its reduce 200 ml.
Strain and make sweet with honey if required.
Ps. Fresh leaves also can use like tea.
